I am Deepak Desai , 72, born in mumbai, now residing in Pune. I have been a corporate executive , reasonably busy for all my working years and yet had a deep passion to master the Sitar , through regular practice, constant learning and improvements. I was also fortunate to receive guidance from some
great masters in this art form. Today in my retirement years, playing Indian classical music on my sitar is a source of infinite joy for me. Recently, I have started teaching the younger generation with good results.
